The present invention relates to a fertilizer composition for eco-friendly crop cultivation having sterilization, insecticidal and plant nutrient performance, and more specifically, to a fertilizer composition for eco-friendly crop cultivation having sterilization, insecticidal and plant nutrient performance, which contains, as an active ingredient, a fermented solution obtained by adding used water from washing rice to a wild grass enzyme byproduct and fermenting the same. It is confirmed that aphid is prevented, anthracnose is prevented, growth of vegetables is promoted, and the size of crops is increased when the composition is treated to soil and plants. In particular, when the composition is treated to pepper, sweet taste of pepper is increased, and texture is improved, thereby increasing consumer preference. In addition, the fertilizer composition for eco-friendly crop cultivation having sterilization, insecticidal and plant nutrient performance uses a safe material derived from natural ingredients instead of chemical substances, thereby preventing environmental danger by chemical residues. Therefore, the fertilizer composition for eco-friendly crop cultivation having sterilization, insecticidal and plant nutrient performance increases economic value of cultivated crops and can be useful for increasing production of safe agricultural products.
