The present invention relates to a method for culturing functional micro-algae for immune management and nutrition management of livestock animals and products, to a fermented herbal ion mineral complex using the same, and to a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a method for culturing functional micro-algae for immune management and nutrition management of livestock animals and products, which can promote the antioxidant, immunity and healthy growth of animals and plants, by including the functional components of the low-molecular and low-density ionized mineral complex, to a fermented herbal ion mineral complex using the same, and to a manufacturing method thereof.
