The present invention relates to an apparatus for improving water quality of a freshwater lake, which comprises: a bubble module (A) supplying microbubbles in the water to attach the microbubbles to a surface of a water pollution particle to make the water pollution particle floated; a first pump (B) inducing the water including the floated water pollution particle around the bubble module (A) to supply the water to a filtering module (C); and the filtering module (C) filtering the water continuously supplied by the first pump (B) to separately discharge solids and the filtered water, wherein the processed water is discharged to the freshwater lake. According to the present invention, microbubbles are supplied into the water of a polluted freshwater lake to be attached to a surface of a water pollution particle to make the water pollution particle floated and the floated water pollution particle is continuously removed with a filtering drum, thereby stably maintaining the water quality of the freshwater lake.
