The present invention relates to a fabric jig for manufacturing a vehicle seat cover, which comprises: a bottom plate (10) including a space (11) in which a sheet fabric (30) is positioned and a plurality of fixing pins (13) protruding along an edge thereof, wherein the sheet fabric (30) is fitted to the plurality of fixing pins (13); and a cover (20) including a plurality of fitting holes (21), wherein when the sheet fabric (30) is pressed from above by a hinge action while fixing pins (13) of the bottom plate (10) are fitted into setting holes (33) of the sheet fabric (30), the fixing pins (13) having passed through the sheet fabric (30) are interpolated into the plurality of fitting holes (21). Accordingly, even when through-holes (34) are formed by a punching process while the sheet fabric (30) is fixed to the jig to prevent the sheet fabric (30) from moving and then the sheet fabric (30) is transferred and fixed to a jig for forming seam lines (35), the sheet fabric (30) is fixed in place so that the seam lines (35) can be correctly formed along a position where the through-holes (34) are not formed.
