The present invention relates to a detection method of Campylobacter jejuni, a method for selectively enriching Campylobacter jejuni, a Campylobacter jejuni selective detection culture medium including carbon nanodots, and a Campylobacter jejuni selective detection culture kit including the culture medium. The detection method comprises the steps of: (a) selectively enriching Campylobacter jejuni in a sample by culturing the sample through irradiating an enrichment culture medium including nitrogen-doped carbon nanodots with a blue LED; and (b) detecting Campylobacter jejuni in a culture liquid including the enriched Campylobacter jejuni. According to the present invention, in the detection method, if a blue LED is irradiated when a sample is cultured in a culture medium including nitrogen-doped carbon nanodots, it has been confirmed that the growth of other bacteria is controlled and selective enrichment by the carbon nanodots is possible for Campylobacter jejuni. Thus, if the detection method is applied to an ELISA method or the like, higher detection efficiency is exhibited, and a detection time is also reduced.
