The present invention relates to an outdoor purification area construction system using a low-velocity displacement air-conditioning method. The outdoor purification area construction system comprises: one or more diffusers which are installed in a purification area and supply purified air to the purification area; one or more exhaust ports which are installed along a boundary surface of the purification area and suck polluted air discharged from the purification area; an air conditioner to purify polluted air circulated from the exhaust ports, and supply purified air to the diffusers; detection sensors which are installed at a plurality of points inside and outside the purification area, and detect fine dust concentration and temperature; a control unit to control operations of the diffusers, the exhaust ports, and the air conditioner in accordance with signals transmitted by the detection sensors; an air supply duct connecting the air conditioner and the diffusers; and an exhaust duct connecting the exhaust ports and the air conditioner. The outdoor purification area construction system uses a low-velocity displacement air-conditioning method to directly supply clean and fresh air to a corresponding purification area and lift contaminants by convection current exchange by a density difference to remove the contaminants to efficiently remove fine dust in an outdoor space such as a playground of an apartment complex to secure a space in which outside activities are possible even when a fine dust warning is issued.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
