Disclosed are a precast foundation using a precast hollow column part and a construction method thereof, wherein a post head constructed in the ground and an upper pillar are rigidly coupled to each other on the precast hollow column part so that a structure is more stably constructed and the precast hollow column part and a foundation wall are separated from each other.
