The present invention relates to a system and a method for responding to an earthquake for a seismic isolation power conversion device (an incoming/distribution board, an energy storage device, an uninterruptible power supply device, a solar inverter, a connection board, etc.), capable of detecting a state of a seismic isolation device through a seismic isolation sensor in the power conversion device installed in a facility such as an apartment or a building when the earthquake occurs, detecting an initial fire state, an automatic fire extinguishing state, and an automatic fire extinguishing failure state through a fire sensor, and collecting, comparing, and analyzing detected data to output an alarm or transmit the detected data to an outside through a communication network.
