An integrated parking fee management system connected to an entering or exiting vehicle control device using heterogeneous protocols according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an entering vehicle control device located in an access road of a park lot, recognizing a vehicle number of a vehicle accessing the parking lot, generating a notification message based on a predetermined protocol, recording an identification number of the parking lot, the vehicle number and a vehicle entering time in the notification message, and setting a destination address of the notification message as an address of an exiting vehicle control device to transmit the same; an exiting vehicle control device located in an exit road of the parking lot, receiving and storing the notification message if the destination address of the notification message transmitted from the entering vehicle control device and the prestored identification number are the same, extracting a notification message where a vehicle number same as the vehicle number is recorded in a data field when a vehicle number of a vehicle exiting from the parking lot is recognized, recording a vehicle exiting time in the data field of the notification message, and setting the destination address of the notification message as an address of an integrated parking fee management server to transmit the same; and an integrated parking fee management server for extracting at least one among the identification number of the parking lot, the vehicle number, the vehicle entering time and the vehicle exiting time recorded in the data field of the notification message when the notification message is received from the exiting vehicle control device, calculating a parking amount, paying the parking amount by using an integrated parking ticket charge amount, and updating the integrated parking ticket charge amount.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
