The present invention relates to a method for stabilization and reinforcement of structural resistance of a ramen structure, which can achieve fundamental repair and reinforcement of a cement structure used as a sewer pipe by increasing structural resistance of an inner wall of the sewer pipe when the inner wall of the sewer pipe is deteriorated or damaged. The method comprises: (a) a step of installing a blocking member through a first manhole disposed at one end of a work zone, installing the blocking member through a second manhole disposed at the other end of the work zone, and bypassing the sewage by installing bypass pipes in the first manhole and the second manhole so as to prevent sewage from flowing into the work zone; (b) a chipping step of exposing reinforcing bars which have sunk in a sewer pipe as separating deteriorated concrete or foreign substances on an inner wall of the sewer pipe from the inner wall of the sewer pipe by spraying a high-pressure working fluid or hitting a tool onto the inner wall of the sewer pipe corresponding to the work zone; (c) a spraying step of spraying a rust-preventing coating solution onto the reinforcing bars exposed to the inner wall of the sewer pipe to prevent rust from being generated on the reinforcing bars; (e) a step of installing a tensioning device to provide a tensile force for making a ground bed, where the sewer pipe is constructed, and an outer wall of the sewer pipe be brought in close contact with each other so that the ground and the sewer pipe are pressed; and (f) a step of forming a finishing layer by applying a finishing material to the inner wall of the sewer pipe so as to finish the tensioning device.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
