The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for sensitive skin, containing a cubic phase lipid nanostructure in which an extract of Phyllostachyos Caulis in Taeniam is included, wherein the cubic phase lipid nanostructure comprises 0.1 to 1 wt% of the extract of Phyllostachyos Caulis in Taeniam as an active ingredient. The cosmetic composition for sensitive skin, containing a cubic phase lipid nanostructure according to the present invention is applied in any one formulation selected from cleansing foam, cleansing gel, cleansing lotion, cleansing cream, a pack, a mask, a skin softener, mist, lotion, essence, cream, a makeup base, foundation, a mascara, and an eyeliner.
