The present invention relates to a smart pension management system and a driving method thereof. The smart pension management system comprises: an account number calculation unit calculating the number of pension accounts using user age information, average lifespan information, and a preset index; a payment determination unit determining monthly payment for pension using the number of pension accounts calculated by the account number calculation unit; and a payment processing unit processing the monthly payment for pension determined by the payment determination unit to an account in name of the user.
