The present invention relates to a bulking processing device for the surface of a structure composed of a vegetable fiber pulp, and more specifically, to a bulking processing device for the surface of a structure composed of a vegetable fiber pulp, which forms an opening and a protrusion at a structure manufactured through wet forming of a vegetable fiber pulp by a cutting edge member to bulk the surface thereof, thereby significantly increasing porosity and thus significantly increasing shock absorbing performance and water absorption. To this end, the bulking processing device for the surface of a structure composed of a vegetable fiber pulp comprises: a transport unit (100) which guides and transports a structure (300) which is manufactured through wet forming of a vegetable fiber pulp; and a core forming unit (200) which is installed on the path along which the structure (300) is transported by the transport unit (100), and forms a plurality of openings and protrusions at the structure (300) through penetration and separation by means of a cutting edge member (210).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
