Provided is a method for providing a smart parking spot finding service with real-time path tracing and a parking lot occupied state. The method includes the steps of: when a vehicle entry event is received from an entry recognition device for recognizing the vehicle entry into a parking lot, starting tracking the vehicle movement path; if the vehicle movement path is input in real time from at least one movement recognition device, updating the movement path of the vehicle in real time; if the parking state of the vehicle is detected from one of at least one vehicle recognition sensor installed in at least one parking area, displaying an occupancy due to the parking of the vehicle on a pre-stored parking area map; and updating and displaying the vehicle movement path and occupancy state on the pre-stored parking area map in real time.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
