The present invention relates to an artificial intelligent cloud service platform system for reading a medical image. According to an embodiment of the present invention, disclosed is the artificial intelligent cloud service platform system, comprising: a project creation service unit for uploading medical data for learning by accessing a cloud server through a web browser, selecting a learning model for machine learning of the uploaded medical data for learning, and requesting learning training of the medical data for learning using the selected learning model; a cloud learning service unit installed in the cloud server, separately storing each learning module forming the learning model in a GPU node and a CPU node, executing machine learning for the medical data for learning by driving the stored learning module in each of a GPU area and a CPU area, registering a learning result as a reading model for each disease, and reading the medical image data by using the registered reading model to provide a reading resu and a medical image reading service unit for uploading the medical image data by accessing the cloud server through the web browser, requesting reading for the uploaded medical image data, and receiving the reading result from the cloud learning service unit to output the same.
