The present invention relates to a driving method of a system for managing health data based on a blockchain. When personal health data such as medical examination and prescriptions are uploaded, the personal health data are converted into metadata and stored with gene information by a genome portal, and the personal health data are provided to be purchased or read by using a zero coin via the genome portal by a user institution requiring the personal health data. The genome portal provides an individual sharing data with a reward in mileage and ranks the number of times the data is shared. Various personalized health solutions for sharing data are automatically suggested on the portal by AI. A personal genome prediction/diagnosis service rapidly growing by using a blockchain-based MS decentralized identity (DID) to strengthen the security of an ID and an email address of a user is provided via a portal system.
