The present invention provides a safety helmet inner layer, including: a first inner layer member disposed at the front and back of a users head so as to disperse the weight of a safety helmet and provide improved breathability; a second inner layer member that is connected to both sides of the first inner layer member, protrudes with respect to the first inner layer member based on a bottom surface and has elasticity; and a third inner layer member that is detachably connected to the front of the first inner layer member and covers the forehead of the user, wherein a vent passage is formed with a thickness difference between the first inner layer member and the second inner layer member.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
