The present invention relates to a miniature self-propelled spider crane, which comprises: a base unit provided with a travelling unit at a lower part; a lifting unit provided at an upper part of the base unit; and an outrigger installed so as to support the base unit. According to the present invention, a dimension smaller than a standard elelvator specification for 13 persons is formed, and the spider crane of the present invention is moved after being loaded on an elevator, and thus work at a high floor is possible.
