The present invention relates to a junction structure of a building module capable of enabling fastening without damage to interior and exterior materials, a module building using the same, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the junction structure comprises a connection plate and a shear key, wherein the connection plate has a wire insertion hole and a shear key insertion hole formed therein. According to the present invention, unit modules can be easily combined and separated by the improved junction structure.
