The present invention relates to a hydrogen bonding mixture for a reverse wavelength dispersion compensation film and a compensation film comprising the same, which exhibits reverse wavelength dispersion characteristics according to a self-assembly arrangement between a host-guest reactive mesogen capable of hydrogen bonding as a single layer structure. The film produced by the present invention induces self-assembly between host-guest reactive mesogens which is more stable due to intermolecular host-guest interaction through hydrogen bonding, and thus improves compared to the conventional single-layer reverse wavelength dispersion compensation film. It is characterized by having an alignment property and a wavelength dispersion characteristic closer to an ideal value. Therefore, the reverse wavelength dispersion compensation film proposed in the present invention can be used for the anti-reflection function of the OLED or the viewing angle compensation of the LCD. The reverse wavelength dispersion compensation film of the present invention has the advantage that the thickness of the device can be reduced and the manufacturing process is simple compared to the conventional stacked type reverse wavelength dispersion compensation film.
