The present invention provides a method and a program and a computer storable medium for managing the earthwork volume and the framework volume, based on the integrated schedule plan established based on a vertical relationship and a horizontal relationship. According to the present invention, a method for managing the earthwork volume and the framework volume comprises the steps of: (a) dividing a construction work area into a plurality of zones on a horizontal basis and each zone into a plurality of sub-divisions; (b) establishing a vertical relationship for each construction in the order of earthwork, underground framing, and ground framing for each of the plurality of sub-divisions; (c) for each construction, establishing a horizontal relationship for each sub-division for the plurality of sub-divisions; (d) using both the vertical relationship and the horizontal relationship, setting a sequence of each sub-division-construction; (e) allocating the work days by a preset method for each of the set sub-division-construction; (f) receiving the start date of the first sub-division-construction, using the allocated work days for each sub-division-construction, and setting an integrated schedule detailed plan; (g) confirming the volume of all sub-divisions where earthwork is made, and dividing the volume by the number of work days of the sub-division-construction, thereby confirming the daily earthwork volume per sub-division; and (h) using an integrated schedule detailed plan, identifying sub-divisions where earthworks are made on a predetermined date, and confirming the daily earthwork volume of the confirmed sub-divisions, thereby confirming the total earthwork volume of the day.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
