The present invention relates to a PPT switch for a smartphone-specific radiotelegraph, which uses an app on a general smartphone and connects with a connection jack to transmit sound with a microphone by pressing a button and to receive sound with an earphone by releasing the button so as to be used as a radiotelegraph. In particular, while pressing or releasing a push pin of a micro switch by a horizontal operating rod and a vertical operating rod by pressing or releasing the button without a battery, a control unit, and an expensive tech-switch in the interior of a main body of the PPT switch, a structure for transmitting sound with a microphone and receiving sound with an earphone is provided. Thereby, compared to the previous one, the manufacturing costs are reduced, and the manufacturing productivity is improved.
