The present invention relates to a low-power integrated gateway system for disaster management based on a low-power wide area (LPWA) network. The low-power integrated gateway system for disaster management includes: an integrated gateway searching for an IoT sensor transmitting sensing information by using a LoRa communication network, determining whether or not the IoT sensor malfunctions by comparing the sensing information received from the IoT sensor and pre-stored reference data, restarting the IoT sensor in the event of malfunction of the IoT sensor, and transmitting the sensing information received from the IoT sensor; and a disaster management server determining whether or not a disaster has occurred by comparing pre-stored reference data and the sensing information received from the integrated gateway by means of the LoRa communication network and transmitting a disaster notification message to a national disaster network and a user terminal in the event of a disaster.
