The present relates to an air current circulation type factory cooling and heating apparatus. The air current circulation type factory cooling and heating apparatus includes: an air supply duct part installed on one side in a longitudinal direction for the supply of cooling air or heating air in order to discharge cooling air or heating air in a horizontal direction; an exhaust duct part installed on the other side in a longitudinal direction for the exhaust of air having exchanged heat with inside air; an outside air suction duct part installed for the suction of outside air; and an upward duct part installed upwards in a longitudinal direction for the suction of warm air heated in an upper space. The cooling and heating apparatus, in a cooling mode, suctions and cools air in a middle position of a factory by opening a damper of a damper part of the middle position without operating the upward duct part, thereby discharging the air to the lower part of the factory through the air supply duct part to cool only the lower part. In a heating mode, the cooling and heating apparatus reheats warm air of about 30°C suctioned through the upward duct part to discharge the warm air through the air supply duct part to make the warm air reach the floor of the factory. Therefore, the cooling and heating apparatus is located in the middle part of the factory (e.g., 5 m) to enable an air current to reach the floor, and a duct is installed even in the upper part of the ceiling to suction warm air above in winter and reheat the warm air, and then, circulate the air such that the air reaches the floor of the factory, thus reducing roughly half of the expense for operation of the cooling and heating apparatus when compared to direct heating using fuel.
