The present invention relates to a phosphorus treatment and recovery process of sewage using a selective adsorption module, which includes: a first step of supplying sewage and wastewater containing phosphorus to a flow control tank, and supplying air to an inside of the flow control tank through an air supply port; a second step of producing sewage and wastewater having concentrated phosphorus by alternately feeding the sewage and wastewater to a first adsorption tank or a second adsorption tank through a first pump and adsorbing and desorbing the phosphorus; a third step of storing or discharging phosphorus-removed sewage and wastewater through a second pump; a fourth step of supplying the sewage and wastewater having concentrated phosphorus to a regeneration reaction tank through a third pump; a fifth step of sequentially moving the phosphorus-concentrated sewage and wastewater to a second compartment from a first compartment of the regeneration reaction tank and forming sewage and wastewater containing phosphorus compounds; and a sixth step of supplying sewage and wastewater containing the phosphorus compounds to a filtration tank through a fourth pump, and discharging sewage and wastewater after the phosphorus compounds are collected and removed from the filtration tank.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
