The present invention comprises: a step of weighing an animal carcass and quicklime, putting them into a first rotary stirring container (110), and mixing and moving them (S210); a first reaction step of, inside a second rotary stirring container (120), inducing the reaction of water of the animal carcass and the quicklime by high-temperature heat in the animal carcass / quicklime mixture (S220); a second reaction step of, inside a third rotary stirring container (130), continuously inducing the reaction by high temperature heat in the animal carcass / quicklime mixture, discharging extra moisture, and transferring the animal carcass / quicklime reactant (S230); a reaction selection step of a control unit for determining the previous step or the next step depending on whether the animal carcass / quicklime reactant belongs to a first animal group or a second animal group according to the command of the control unit (C) (S240); a third reaction step of, in the case of the first animal group, repeatedly transferring the animal carcass / quicklime mixture to the previous second rotary stirring container (120) and third rotary stirring container (130) to perform the same process repeatedly (S250); and a finishing reaction step of, inside of a fourth rotary stirring container (140), inputting a nutrient fertilizer component for the animal carcass / quicklime reactant, mixing them, and discharging them to the outside (S260).
