A heat pump system using air heat of BIPVT according to the present invention absorbs the heat source of air produced by a BIPVT collector in a heating operation or a hot water supply operation through an outdoor heat exchanger and uses the same as a heat source of a heat pump cycle, thereby maximizing the performance coefficient of the system. In addition, the heat source of the air produced by the BIPVT collector can be used for pre-heating supplied water in a cooling operation so as to secure a uniform temperature of a hot water supply tank. Furthermore, condensation heat of a refrigerant in the outdoor heat exchanger is recovered and transferred to a buffer tank in the cooling operation so that the recovered heat can be used for pre-heating the supplied water, thereby being capable of securing a uniform temperature of the hot water supply tank.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
