The present invention relates to a gang form falling safety device with a safety key, which is characterized by comprising: a gang form to which a safety hook is fixated; a euroform which is arranged at the rear side of the gang form; an anchor bolt of which the other end is fixated to the euroform, and one end is exposed between the gang form and the euroform to be buried in a concrete wall body; a tie rod of which the other end is fastened to the anchor bolt, and one end is exposed to the front of the gang form, in order to be separated from the anchor bolt after concrete is cured; a worm wheel which is monolithically connected to one end of the tie rod exposed to the front of the gang form; a worm shaft having a worm gear-coupled to the worm wheel; a rotary shaft in which a ratchet stopper is monolithically coupled to the lower portion for restricting the rotation of the worm wheel, and which is hinge-coupled to the gang form in a cantilever shape; a case which is fixated to the gang form to surround the worm wheel, the worm shaft, and the rotary shaft; and a safety key which is inserted through a first insertion hole formed at the upper portion of the case to be selectively coupled to a free end of the rotary shaft.
