The present invention provides a method and a system for automatically building subject-question-answer data sets for artificial intelligence of medical treatment and prescription. The method comprises the steps of: extracting at least one information on a written confirmation of medical treatment; extracting at least one information on a prescription; collecting the at least one information on the written confirmation of medical treatment and the patients symptom information corresponding to the at least one information on the prescription from at least one patients terminal; collecting the patients symptom information from at least one first doctors terminal and the first doctors prescription opinion information corresponding to the at least one information on the written confirmation of medical treatment; collecting the patients symptom information and a first disease name information corresponding to the first doctors prescription opinion information from at least one second doctors terminal; and generating a data set by using the first disease name information, the patients symptom information and the first doctors prescription opinion information.
