DRAWING PLUG ASSEMBLY WITH OIL BLOCKING MEMBRANE

The present invention relates to a drawing processing plug assembly with an oil blocking membrane, which is installed inside a dice to process an inner diameter surface of a tube. To this end, according to the present invention, the drawing processing plug assembly with an oil blocking membrane comprises: a mandrel; a processing plug which is separably coupled to the mandrel by using a coupling means fastened with one end of the mandrel as the medium; and the oil blocking membrane which is fixed between the processing plug and the coupling means, and prevents drawing oil from being introduced into a tube by a low pressure difference inside the tube when the tube escapes from the processing plug. The oil blocking membrane includes: a coupling membrane unit interposed between the coupling means and the processing plug; a fixing ring formed on the exterior of the coupling membrane unit and coming in close contact with the portion between the coupling means and the approach unit by being elastically pressurized; an oil blocking membrane unit extending from the fixing ring to have the diameter becoming greater gradually; and a contact ring formed on one end of the oil blocking membrane unit and coming in close contact with an inner circumferential surface of the tube. The oil blocking membrane unit is formed in a tapered shape with the diameter increasing gradually in the opposite direction to the progressing direction of the tube. The oil blocking membrane unit is molded to have a greater diameter than an inner diameter of the tube processed to have the diameter extending when the tube escapes from the processing plug. The drawing processing plug assembly with an oil blocking membrane can prevent drawing oil from flowing into a tube.
