The present invention relates to a deep sea radiation measuring apparatus using a high purity CVD diamond sensor, which comprises: a radiation measuring unit measuring radiation of seawater by using a radiation measuring sensor; a bottom fixing unit fixing the radiation measuring unit to the bottom surface of the ocean through a wire so that the radiation measuring unit is located at a certain depth; and a wire winding unit which floats the radiation measuring unit to a sea level for charging power of the radiation measuring unit, and positions the radiation measuring unit at the predetermined depth if charging is completed.
