The present invention relates to a differential amplifier having a common-mode feedback circuit. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a two-stage differential amplifier using only a single common-mode feedback circuit includes: an input unit electrically connected to a first current source and configured to receive a positive input signal and a negative input signal; a first amplification unit for primarily amplifying the signal received by the input unit; a second amplification unit for secondarily amplifying the signal amplified by the first amplification unit; an output unit for detecting a common-mode voltage of the signal output from the second amplification unit; and a common-mode feedback circuit for receiving a target value of the common-mode voltage and an intermediate value for positive and negative output signals output from the output unit, and outputting an output value to the first amplification unit. According to the present invention, the single common-mode feedback circuit is configured even when the two-stage differential amplifier is used, so that current consumption in the two-stage differential amplifier is reduced.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
