An embodiment of the present invention relates to a deep cement mixing apparatus capable of marine construction in low water, and more specifically, to a deep cement mixing apparatus capable of constructing an improving body in low water on the sea with a great tidal difference. To this end, disclosed is the deep cement mixing apparatus capable of marine construction in low water, which comprises: a rail unit which is installed at the upper portion of a vessel; a base unit of a plate shape which is installed at the rail unit; a transport unit which is installed between the rail unit and the base unit such that the base unit may be transported along the rail unit; a leader unit which is extended towards the upper portion of the base unit; an angle adjustment unit which is installed between the base unit and the leader unit to adjust the front, rear, left and right angles of the leader unit; a lifting unit which is installed at the leader unit to be liftable; a driving unit composed of an auger machine coupled to the lifting unit, a gearbox coupled to the auger machine, and a mixing rod which is coupled to the gearbox to be rotated for deep mixing; and a mixing unit which is coupled to the mixing rod of the driving unit to perform the deep mixing.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
