Disclosed are an apparatus for processing a wire rope assembly for a seat belt to provide the wire rope assembly with increased durability, and a wire rope assembly processing method using the same. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus comprises: a main body unit including a control unit and having a worktable installed on an upper part; a wire rope assembly formed by including a wire rope having both end parts fixed to a bracket and a heat-shrinkable tube; an input unit inserting the wire rope assembly into the processing apparatus; a rail unit; a clamper; a heating unit providing heat to the heat-shrinkable tube; a bracket processing unit processing the bracket to which both end parts of the wire rope are fixed; a cooling unit; and a separation unit separating the wire rope assembly from the processing apparatus.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
