The present invention relates to preparing a vegetable oil double decomposition product-derived polyamide 11-based elastomer alternating copolymer and, more particularly, to a polyamide elastomer alternating copolymer prepared through a condensation reaction of a dimer acid derivative prepared from polyamide 11 having a diamine terminal group prepared from 11-amino undecanoic acid derivative, which is a vegetable oil double decomposition product, as well as waste vegetable oil-derived fatty acid methyl ester, an automobile material comprising the same, an electric and electronic material, and a hot-melt adhesive. According to the present invention, the polyamide elastomer alternating copolymer resin enhances impact strength, etc., depending on a temperature, thereby providing an advantage of being variously used as an automobile material, an electric and electronic material, a hot-melt adhesive, etc.
