Shuffler circuit for rain shuffle in SIMD architecture

Techniques for performing shuffle operations are described. Rather than using all lane to all lane cross bars, a shuffler circuit with a smaller cross bar is described. The shuffler circuit separately performs shuffle operation by rearranging the data received from the processing lanes and outputting the rearranged data.
