The present invention relates to a grate which can increase an efficiency of waste incineration by allowing waste to be mixed while transporting the same, an incinerator with the grate, and a waste disposal system with the incinerator which disposes of the waste to reduce environmental pollution. The waste disposal system is composed of an incinerator (100), a combustion gas cooling device (200), a combustion gas treatment device (300), and a combustion gas discharge device (400). The present invention has the effect of efficiently incinerating waste, stably treating a combustion gas generated after incineration of the waste so as not to cause environmental pollution, and utilizing heat of the combustion gas generated after incineration of the waste as an energy source.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
