SOIL HARDENER COMPOSITION, SOIL PAVEMENT USING SAME, AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD HAVING DUST SCATTERING PREVENTION FUNCTION

The present invention relates to a soil hardener composition, a soil pavement using the same, and a construction method having a dust scattering prevention function. The soil hardener composition contains: a solid-phase hardener containing 15 to 30 parts by weight of diatomite, 30 to 60 parts by weight of blast furnace slag, 10 to 20 parts by weight of calcium sulfaluminate (3Ca3Al_2O_3CaSO_4) powder pulverized to a specific surface area of 6,000 to 12,000 cm^2/g, 5 to 15 parts by weight of anhydrous gypsum, 1 to 5 parts by weight of slaked lime pulverized to a specific surface area of 6,000 to 9,000 cm^2/g and having an average particle diameter of 1 to 10 m, 1 to 3 parts by weight of potassium sulfate, and 2 to 6 parts by weight of zinc stearate; and a liquid-phase curing agent containing 2 to 10 parts by weight of solvent and 1 to 5 parts by weight of at least one selected from 4 to 8 parts by weight of aluminum chloride, 2 to 4 parts by weight of ferric chloride, 2 to 8 parts by weight of lithium silicate, 10 to 20 parts by weight of EVA resin, 10 to 40 parts by weight of methyl methacrylate (MMA) resin, 1 to 5 parts by weight of one selected among ethylene glycol and propylene glycol and 2 to 10 parts by weight of a solvent.
