The present invention relates to a detachable complex cooling apparatus for an energy storage system package having a cooling function for reducing a temperature of an energy storage system (ESS) and a constant temperature and humidity function because electric energy created based on solar light by photovoltaic of about 3.6 hours as daily average is transmitted through a transmission line of a power corporation and stored in an ESS, and heat generation and temperature due to charge and discharge may be increased in the ESS, and a method thereof. The detachable complex cooling apparatus is mounted in a case to be miniaturized, and may be installed at a local part of the ESS. A heat sink part and a water jacket of a Peltier electronic cooling block operate to cool the ESS. The detachable complex cooling apparatus includes a heat pump part (heating part) and a dehumidification filter of the peltier electronic cooling block to provide a heating function, and has a constant temperature and humidity function. Moreover, in order to cool the ESS, the ESS is covered with a water jacket having a special waterproof function in which the water jacket may be configured by inserting a pipe into a special casing formed of metal such that refrigerant can flow inside the pipe. An in-out tube of a Peltier electronic cooler block system is connected for collective management so that fast responsiveness is achieved to reduce a temperature due to heat generation according to battery discharge of the ESS.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
