An objective of the present invention is to provide a rotor can gripping device which can accurately and stably assemble a rotor can and a rotor module in an automated manufacturing process of a rotor assembly manufacturing system to promote assembly defect elimination and workability improvement. To achieve the objective, the rotor can gripping device for assembling a rotor module on a rotor can in a rotor assembly manufacturing system comprises: a base; a can support installed on the base to place a rotor can thereon; a can gripper operating unit installed next to one side of the can support of the base; and a pair of can grippers arranged on the can gripper operating unit to approach from both the left and right sides of the rotor can placed on the can support to grip the rotor can. The pair of can grippers receiving driving power of the can gripper operating unit approach each other to grip the rotor can or move away from each other to release the rotor can.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
