The present invention relates to a washing apparatus for a storage tank of wastewater and rainwater using a nozzle spray method and a washing method for a storage tank using the same and, more specifically, to a washing apparatus for a storage tank and a washing method for a storage tank using the same which can effectively wash sludge remaining on the bottom of a storage tank for storing wastewater or rainwater by using a spray nozzle installed on the bottom of the storage tank.
