The present invention relates to a steel plate type girder with an end portion supporting protrusion member and a jointless bridge construction method using the same. In particular, an end portion supporting protrusion member is constructed to protrude by a predetermined distance from both end portions in a longitudinal direction of a steel plate type girder, such that the end portion supporting protrusion member may protrude further to the outside of a bridge support with respect to the longitudinal direction of the girder by using the bridge support, on which the girder is loaded when the girder is loaded on a bridge structure, as a starting point, thereby protruding further than the upper portion of a chest wall vertical to the bridge structure. Therefore, installation of an expansion joint device is not required, and the self-weight of the protrusion member and the load of a vehicle wheel are not applied to the chest wall. To this end, the present invention comprises: an H-shaped main body which forms an H-shaped cross section after being composed of an upper flange, a lower flange, and a web connecting the central portions of the width direction of the upper flange and the lower flange, and has a projection unit formed after one portion of the upper flange and one portion of the web are cut such that the upper portion of both end portions in a longitudinal direction may be partially cut; and an end portion supporting protrusion member which is composed of a support unit of a horizontal plate shape and a side surface unit formed from the support unit to the upper portion, and is bonded to the projection unit such that an end portion of the outside of the support unit may protrude further than the outer end portion of the web by a predetermined distance.
