According to the present invention, disclosed is a wind power generation system installed in a median strip of a road to perform wind power generation. More specifically, the system can include: a wind power generator including a plurality of rotary shafts installed perpendicular to the median strip, and a plurality of rotating blades attached to the outside of the rotary shafts to rotate the rotary shafts by wind generated by vehicles on a southbound lane and a northbound lane separated by the median strip; and a power generation device that generates electricity according to the amount of rotation of the rotary shafts.
