The present invention relates to an anti-scouring reinforcement structure and a construction method thereof. To this end, according to the structure for reinforcing a scoured surface generated on the side of a road surface, a plurality of screw piles are buried at regular intervals in a longitudinal direction of a road surface in the ground of the side of a scoured surface, an H-beam type post is vertically coupled to an upper end of the screw piles, and a plurality of reinforcing blocks having the length corresponding to the intervals are stacked and provided between the adjacent H-beam type posts. A filler is provided in a first space part between the reinforcing blocks and the scouring surface, an L-shaped finishing block is provided on an upper part of the reinforcing blocks located at the uppermost end, and a cast-in-situ concrete is poured to correspond to the height of an existing road surface after a connection ironwork is fastened to a second space part between the L-shaped finishing block and the scoured surface. Accordingly, an in-situ process such as a cast process and concrete pouring is minimized to shorten a construction period so as to be economical, and the reinforcing blocks can be reversely separated from the post if necessary such that maintenance is easy.
