The present invention relates to a composition for enhancing hair growth capacity of adipose stem cells, comprising a heparin binding EGF-like growth factor (HB-EGF) as an effective component. More specifically, the present invention relates to a hair loss treatment agent which comprises adipose stem cells as an effective component, wherein proliferation capacity and migration capacity of the adipose stem cells are increased and aging of the adipose stem cells is inhibited by the HB-EGF. According to the present invention, the HB-EGF-treated adipose stem cells have enhanced hair regeneration capacity through an increase in the proliferation capacity and migration capacity and the inhibition of aging, and thus can be usable as a hair loss treatment agent or cosmetics for preventing a hair loss.
