The present invention relates to a novel Aspergillus duck material IF18-2 strain having high liquefaction and saccharification power and a method for drying the same. Specifically, the Aspergillus oryzae IF18-2 strain of the present invention has glucose tolerance to grow in a medium containing 20 to 60% (w/w) glucose, and has alpha-amylase activity. Excellent, glucoamylase activity is better than alpha-amylase activity, and acid protease activity is low. In addition, if the strain is cold-air-dried at a low temperature, microbial contamination is low and spore count can be obtained compared to lyophilization or hot-air drying, and when the strain is cultured, trehalose is contained in an amount of 0.1 to 2.0% (w/w). Since it is possible to produce spore-water seedlings for rice wine, the IF18-2 strain of the present invention, the low-temperature cold-air drying method and the production method of the rice wine seedlings using the above strains produce high-quality rice wine strains and mass-produce the rice wine using the same. It can be usefully used for manufacturing.
