MMIC Bias circuit for tuneable impedance matching of MMIC amplifiers

The present invention relates to a bias circuit used in circuit design of an amplifier, and is characterized by mixing a low frequency band pass filter with a general bias circuit. The low-frequency bandpass filter consists of a parallel capacitor and a series inductor, and uses the parallel capacitor by separating the number according to the capacitance, and by using a bonding wire for connection to the ground used for the parallel capacitor, the impedance of the bias circuit is arbitrarily adjusted. It is characterized by adjusting the input/output impedance of the amplifier by adjusting, and it is possible to improve the performance and linearity of the amplifier using this method. Accordingly, the number of product developments of the MMIC amplifier can be reduced, and there is an advantage that the research cost and the development period required for product development can be reduced.
