The present invention relates to an infrared ear thermometer, and in particular, in a known infrared ear thermometer, a barcode reader is further installed to optically read barcode information containing patient information from the main body and transmit it to a microcomputer. The scan lens is installed to be exposed to the outside through the rear or bottom surface of the main body, and the barcode reader operation switch of the barcode reader is installed on either the front or both sides of the main body, and the input terminal of the microcomputer is installed on the front side of the main body. When the wireless transmission switch is "on", the patient information read through the barcode reader and the infrared body temperature measurement are measured in the micom output terminal of the printed circuit board. It is characterized in that a wireless communication unit for wirelessly transmitting the patient''s body temperature measured through the sensor to the management system is further installed. Therefore, it is possible to minimize medical accidents that may occur due to measurement or erroneous body temperature measurement for a specific patient, and to minimize cost through efficient resource management by minimizing repetitive body temperature measurement time.
