The present invention relates to a diagnostic kit for Tsutsugushi disease comprising an antibody that binds to an exosome antigen derived from Tsutsugamusi and a method for diagnosing Tsutsugassi disease using the kit. The method of diagnosing Tsutsugamu disease according to the present invention can be diagnosed by measuring the exosome antigen directly in the blood without using antibodies or genes, so it is very simple and has excellent sensitivity and specificity, and thus can effectively diagnose Tsutsugassi disease.
