Disclosed is a polyethylene yarn having excellent shape stability and improved weavability that enables the manufacture of a cold-sensitive fabric that can provide a user with a soft touch as well as a cold feeling, and a cold-sensitive fabric comprising the same. The shrinkage stresses at 70°C and 100°C of the polyethylene yarn are both 0.005 to 0.075 g/d. In addition, the polyethylene yarn has a'dry heat shrinkage at 70°C' of 0.1 to 0.5%, a'dry heat shrinkage at 100°C' of 0.5 to 1.5%, and'wet heat shrinkage at 100°C' of 0.1 to 1%.
